James A. Ryder

James A. Ryder HAVELOCK, NB - James (Jamie) Allen Ryder, 27, of Havelock, NB passed away by accident in Port Aux Basque, NL on Friday, September 10, 2004. Born in Moncton, he was a son of Darlene (Lewis) Ryder and the late Esson Ryder. Jamie was a graduate of Petitcodiac Regional High and was employed as a warehouse manager with BUNZL Canada Inc. He was a former employee of Geldart's Warehouse and Cartage, and AMJ Campbell Van Lines. Time spent with family and friends were important to him and he especially enjoyed nurturing his garden with his green thumb. He was a devoted companion and father who will be sadly missed by his partner of 10 years, Darla Wilson; his cherished children, Riley and Alexis; his mother, Darlene of Havelock; brothers, Bradley of Havelock, Stephen (Karen) of Nixon, and Robbie McAllister of Havelock; sisters, Kathy Longley (Rob) of Edmonton and Lori Bourque (Steven) of Petitcodiac; maternal grandmother, Robina Lewis of Chipman; and by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Resting at the Salisbury Funeral Home, 3350 Salisbury Road (372-4800) with visiting hours Monday from 7 to 9 p.m. The Funeral will be held from the Funeral Home Chapel on Tuesday, September 14, 2004 at 2 p.m. with Rev. David Hatt officiating. Interment will be in the Loyalist Cemetery, Havelock. If so desired memorials to a charity of choice would be appreciated by the family. www.keirsteads.ca
