Gerard P. Leger MEMRAMCOOK, NB - Gerard P. Leger of La Hetriere passed away at Dr. Georges-L. Dumont Hospital on Thursday, December 30, 2004 at the age of 90. Born in La Hetriere, he was the son of the late Pierre O. Leger and the late Eugenie Bourque. He was a member of the Golden Age Club of Memramcook. He worked at C.N.R. for Dept. of Transportation until his retirement. He is survived by his two daughters, Charlotte (Euclide) Gaudet of La Hetriere and Lucie Leger of Ottawa; two brothers, Clement (late Helene) Leger of Moncton and Camille (Cecile) Leger of St-Anselme; and by several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by one adopted grandson, Marcel; four sisters Bella, Hermance, Laudia and Alida; and four brothers, Arthur, Edgar, Andre, and Ferdinand. Resting at Dupuis Funeral Home with visitation on Sunday, January 2, 2005 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm and Monday, January 3 from 2 to 6:30 pm. Funeral will be held on Monday, January 3 at 7:00 pm at St-Thomas de Memramcook Roman Catholic Church, StJoseph. Interment in the Parish Cemetery.
