Earl Noble MacLeod

Earl Noble MacLeod 1916-2005 Earl Noble MacLeod, 88, of Camden Park Terris and formerly of Riverview, passed away at the Moncton Hospital after a brief illness, to go Home, on Thursday, June 9, 2005. Born in Emmerson, Kent County, the son of the late Adam and Elizabeth (Beers) MacLeod. Earl was a retired Locomotive Engineer at CN Rail with 42 years of service. Earl's love for his Lord and Savior, family and friends, the outdoors, woodworking, music, fiddle making and repair, were his passions. He was predeceased by his wife, Viola (Upham) MacLeod; brothers, Ray, Roy, Ron; and also a granddaughter, Valerie MacLeod Harper. Greatly loved and sadly missed, the family is comforted by knowing he has gone Home to his promised reward. He is survived by his sister, Grace Brown of Baltimore, USA; a son, Reginald MacLeod (Emma) of Moncton; daughter, Sandra Gillis (Don) of Dartmouth, NS; granddaughters, Beverly MacLeod of Moncton, Sonjia Richards of Salem, NB; grandson Wayne Gillis (Jennifer) of Riverview, great grandson, Mitchell Harper of Anagance; great granddaughters, Belinda and Breanna Carson of Salem; as well as several nieces and nephews. By personal request there will be no visitation. The remains have been forwarded for cremation. A private graveside and committal service for the immediate family will be held at a later date.
