Jean M. Steeves PETITCODIAC, NB - Jean M. Steeves, 82, of Petitcodiac, formerly of Steeves Settlement, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family, Monday, October 22, 2007 at the Moncton Hospital. Born in Dobsons Corner, she was the daughter of the late Miles and Gertrude (MacLeod) Lounsbury. She was a member of the Havelock Wesleyan Church. She is survived by daughters, Kathy Steeves of Moncton, Myrna Steeves (Rick Perron) of Steeves Settlement; son, Dwight Steeves (Karen) of Woodstock, ON; grandchildren, Alissa, Whitney, Daniel; sister, Marion Fawcett (Dean) of Intervale; several nieces, nephews and many friends. She was predeceased by her husband, Curtis (2000); sister, Shirley Snider (Meb). Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Armstrong's Funeral Home, Petitcodiac, where visiting hours will be held Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9pm. The funeral will be held at Havelock Wesleyan Church on Thursday, October 25, 2007 at 3pm, Rev. N. Graham officiating. Burial at Havelock Wesleyan Cemetery.
