Passed away peacefully at Guelph General Hospital on March 12th, 2009, at the age of 77 years. Beloved husband of Stella Oliver (Norris). Loving and proud father of Ernie (Brenda), Tom (Dale), Audrey Wooley (Roger), Bev Ross (Larry McGarr), Lloyd and Neil (Kelly). Papa of Dana, Daryl, Emily, Eric, Brian and Michael. Great-grandpa of two. Predeceased by Cecil, Evangeline, Emma Jane, Stanley, George and Audrey. Fraser was a 54 year member and Past District Deputy Grand Master of the Odd Fellows Progress Lodge #158 I.O.O.F. A special thanks to Stella’s sister, Effie Baker.
