Francis E. LeBlanc Francis E. LeBlanc, 72, of the Villa Providence, Shediac and formerly of Cap-Pelé passed away Saturday, December 27, 2008 at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont Hospital following a lengthy illness. Born November 21, 1936 in Shemogue, he was the son of the late Émile C. and Sarah (Léger) LeBlanc. He was past co-proprietor of Northern Erectors, a member of the Cap-Pele Golden Age Club, past-president of the Rainbow Club, and past owner and developer of Cap-Pelé Shopping Center. Francis enjoyed music, camping, golfing, traveling, vacationing in Florida during the winter months, spending time with his friends and family. He will be sadly missed by his loving beloved wife of 53 years, Murielle (Landry) LeBlanc; four sons: Ronald (Rosanna) of Nigadoo, Paul (Debbie) and Serge (Lise) , and André (Debbie) all of Cap-Pelé; six grandchildren: Lisa, Darryl, Ricky, Jessica, Jennifer and Randy; five great-grandchildren: Bianca, Emmanuel, Sheldon, Isabel and Hailey; his brothers and sisters: Cécile Vienneau (Emery) of Cormier Village, Rita Landry (late Roger), Aline Cormier (Yvon), and Joey (Aurella) of Cap-Pelé, Yvon (Odette), and Léo (Léona) of Petit-Cap, a sister-in-law, Antoinette LeBlanc (late Albert), many nieces, nephews. He is predeceased by a grand-daughter, Wendy; three brothers: Albert, Emery, and Léo. Resting at Funérarium Frenette, 2642 Acadie Road, Cap-Pelé (577-3297). Visiting hours Monday, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Tuesday, from 10 a.m. The funeral mass will be celebrated at Ste-Thérèse d'Avila Roman Catholic Church, Cap-Pelé, Tuesday, December 30 at 11 a.m. Interment will be in the parish cemetery.
