CORMIER, JORDAN - Jordan Cormier, age 14, of Dorchester, passed away on Wednesday, August 12, 2009 as the result of a tragic motor vehicle accident. Born in Sackville, he was a son of Ricky and Kathy (Scoggins) Cormier. Jordan was very active in hockey, baseball, and enjoyed fishing. He was loved by all his family and his wide circle of friends. In addition to his parents, he will be deeply missed by his sister Ashley, at home; paternal grandfather Raymond Cormier, Dorchester; maternal grandparents, Doreen Richards, Dorchester and Floyd Scoggins, Riverside Albert; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. He was predeceased by grandmother Patricia Cormier; great grandparents Granville and Rhona Richards, Albert and Evangeline Cormier. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Jones Funeral Home, 70 Bridge St., Sackville, NB (506-364-1300) where visitation will take place on Saturday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. Funeral Service will take place on Sunday, August 16, 2009 at 2 pm, Rev. Kevin Stockall officiating. Burial will follow in the Dorchester Roman Catholic Cemetery.
