RIOUX, IRENE - 73, of Moncton, passed away Tuesday, October 21, 2009 at The Moncton Hospital following a lengthy illness. She was a retired receptionist at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont Hospital where she worked for 25 years. Born February 24, 1936 in Saint-Quentin, NB, she was the daughter of the late Philippe and Elise Dubé; beloved wife of the late Bertin Rioux (September 2009); loving father of Charlotte Breau of Riverview and the late Natalie (1977); dear sister to Oliva St-Laurent (Léon), Louiselle Dubé and Antonio, all of Montreal, Georgette Fraser and Gilles, both of Dalhousie, Rino of Grand Falls, Roméo, Gervais and Léo, all of St-Quentin. By request, there will be no visitation. A funeral service will be held at Frenette's Funeral Home, 88 Church Street, Moncton (858-1900) on Saturday, October 24, 2009 at 10:30 am.
