JOHNSON, LORIMER (LOU) A. - 1928-2009 - Lorimer (Lou) A. Johnson, 81, of Moncton with his loving family by his side, passed away peacefully at The Moncton Hospital on Saturday, November 14, 2009. Born in Berry Mills, he was the son of the late Gerald and Mayme (Shaffer) Johnson. Lou was a retired used car sales manager at Moncton Chrysler Dodge with over 35 years service. Besides his work, he enjoyed playing golf and spending precious time with his family. Lou will be sadly missed by his sons, Randy (Susan), Moncton; Peter, Halifax; grandchildren, Tracy, Lori, Kurt, Matthew and Trevor; sister, Janet Orr (Eugene), Moncton; brothers, Sterling (Elizabeth), Dennis (Nancy), Michael (Linda), Jim (Marla) all of the Greater Moncton area; several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, predeceased by his wife, Marion; sons, Brian, Gary and John; grandson, Kevin; brothers, Donald, George, Gerald and Frederick. In keeping with Lou's wishes, no visitation by personal request. Funeral Service, Ferguson Knowles Funeral Home Chapel, 1657 Mountain Road, Moncton (858-1995), Wednesday, November 18, 2009, 11:00am. Rev. Dr. Richard Jackson officiating. Reception following the service in the Funeral Home Reception Centre. Interment, Fair Haven Memorial Gardens.
