Beverly June Baum (nee Colenutt) passed away on Saturday, February 27/2010. in Surrey, B.C. after a brief battle with cancer. Bev was predeceased by her husband, Bill Baum, her parents Berdie and Edgar Colenutt and her brother Gary. She leaves to mourn her son Kirby (Serena);granddaughter Tessa and Serena's children Aurora and Damian; brothers Marvin (Jeannie) and Bruce (Helen) of Swift Current; sisters Mavis (Les) Bender of Yorkton and Betty Ann (Roy) Hennenfent of Moose Jaw; sister-in-law Joyce (Cam) McIntyre of Moose Jaw and many nieces and nephews who will miss her sense of humor and caring. Bev and Kirby moved to B.C. in 1989 and resided there until her passing. Bev grew up at Caron and attended Central High School in Moose Jaw. She lived in the Keeler district, then Moose Jaw. She obtained her Real Estate license and worked in that field eventually owning her own business. Bev was involved with her family and friends and was always on call when needed. Special thanks and appreciation go to our cousin, Carol Ann Hurst who cared for Bev in her final days. At Bev's request no funeral service will be held.
