Buckler, Allan Clarence – 56, Tatamagouche, passed away March 12, 2010 in Lillian Fraser Memorial Hospital, Tatamagouche. Born in Tatamagouche, He was a son of the late Clarence and Clara (Joudrie) Buckler. Allan loved fishing lobsters and looked forward to the season for the 28 years that he fished from the Barrachois wharf. Surviving are, his wife, Kathleen Tattrie; son, Todd Tattrie (Lora), Tatamagouche; daughter, Vicki Patriquin (Chris), Tatamagouche; grandchildren, Cody, Abby, Miley, Rylan; brothers, Robert “Bob” MacDougall (Alma), Halifax; Vaughn Buckler (Bev), Tatamagouche; sister, Emily Marynowski, Halifax; parents-in-law, Bernie and Laura Tattrie, Tatamagouche; aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held 7-9 p.m. Monday and Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Tuesday, Rev. Donald Sutherland officiating, both in Coulter’s Funeral Home (657-3288) 48 Riverside Dr., Tatamagouche, N.S. B0K 1V0. Interment will be at a later date in Tatamagouche Mountain Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to a charity of choice.
