At the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Sunday, March 21, 2010, of William “Bill†Alfred Green of Charlottetown in his 82nd year. Beloved husband of Carol (nee Stavert). Dear father of Joni MacPhail (Wayne) and CarolLee McInnis (Ron). Grandfather of Lindsay McInnis, and Erin and Ellen MacPhail. Brother of Hazel Simpson, Violet Varley, Jenny DeJong and Irvine Green. Predeceased by his grandson Nicholas MacPhail. Resting at Belvedere Funeral Home for visitation Tuesday, 5 to 8 p.m. Funeral Wednesday from St. Mark’s Presbyterian Church at 2 p.m. Interment in Sherwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to St. Mark’s Presbyterian Church or Queen Elizabeth Hospital Pediatric Unit.
