74, Sydney It is with heavy hearts that we, the family, announce the passing of Edith Snow on Jan. 23, 2009, at the Cape Breton Regional Hospital, Sydney. Born in Sydney, she was the daughter of the late Louis and Beatrice (Anderson) Marsh. Edith is survived by her loving husband, Neil Snow, of 54 years; her children, Lloyd (Margie), Terry, Janet (Mikie Campbell), Robert (Gena), Frank, Raymond (Phyllis), Chris (Jo-Ann), Vincent, Donald and Shawn. She is also survived by her brothers, Fred (Anne) Marsh, Frank (Rosey) Marsh; as well as many grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Besides her parents, she was a predeceased by her son, Lewis. Donations may be sent to the Palliative Care Society, CBRH or charity of one's choice. In honouring Edith's wishes there will no visitation. A private family service will be held at a later date.
