Peacefully at Starwood Nursing Home, Ottawa, ON on Tuesday, March 17, 2009.
Beloved wife of the late James Macdonald Roper. Loving mother of Nadine and her husband, Ian Cottrell. Dear grandmother of David and Jenny and her husband, Mike Guerard; and great-grandmother of Mikayla Rose.
She is survived by her brothers, William (Betty) Magee, London, ON; and Vernon (Alice) Magee, Sutherland’s River, NS. She will be fondly remembered by several nieces and nephews.

Friends may call at the Garden Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 3440 Richmond Road (between Baseline Road and Bayshore Dr.), Ottawa on Friday, March 20th from 9-11 a.m. followed by a memorial service in the chapel at 11 a.m.
