Merrill Rush passed away peacefully in Azilda, Sudbury, Ont., on March 12, 2009, at the age of 70 years. Son of the late Joseph and Kathleen (nee Supple). Dearly remembered by his former spouse and mother of his children, Louise Landry. Cherished companion of the late Claire Labelle. Father of Monique (Andre) Fournier of Sudbury and David (Cori Poulin) of Azilda. Predeceased by his brothers, Kenneth and Richard (Mary). Sadly missed by his siblings Brian (Irene) Rush, Joan-Marie (Wendell) Deagle, and Noreen Rush, all of P.E.I. Grandfather of Megan, Caitlin and Kieran (Zippy for Kieran). Fondly remembered by his many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Funeral service was held Tuesday, March 17, at the Co-operative Funeral Home, Sudbury, Ont.
