Suddenly at Halifax, N.S., on Monday, March 23, 2009, of Tabatha Dawn McInnis, beloved daughter of Allan and Carolyn (nee Fraser) McInnis of Tignish, age 37 years. Loving mother to Shayne McInnis of Charlottetown. Dear sister to Dale (Susanne) McInnis of Montrose and aunt to Aidan and Abi McInnis. Dear niece to Heather and Bernie Klasinsky, Betty and Elmer Lewis, Judy and Robert White, Ferne and Claude Frederickson, Vickie and Dave Gaudet, Shirley Fraser, Eric McInnis, Sonny and Judy McInnis, Roma and Claude Dorgan. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her grandparents, Ralph and Ruth Fraser, Stephen and Bertha McInnis and by an uncle, Dale Fraser. Resting at the Rooney Funeral Home, Alberton. Visiting hours Saturday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral on Sunday afternoon from the Gordon Memorial United Church, Alberton for funeral service at 2 p.m. Rev. John A.C. Wilson officiating. Interment later in Hillcrest Cemetery, Alberton. If so desired memorials to a trust fund for Shayne would be gratefully appreciated.
