Pearl, Elaine Oates, Carbonear, Michelle (Tom) Yetman, Carbonear; Sister: Nellie (Gerald) Russell, Happy Valley Goose Bay, Labrador; Brothers: Justin McCarthy, Hr. Grace, Edward (Ruth) McCarthy, Hr. Grace, Joseph McCarthy, Hr. Grace, James (Josephine) McCarthy, Ontario; Sister-In-Law: Agnes Ash, Carbonear; twenty-five grandchildren, fourteen Great-Grandchildren & two Great-Great-Grandchildren and a large number of other relatives and friends. Predeceased By husband: William J. Bowman; Parents: Felix & Alice (Hunt) McCarthy; Sister: Agnes O’Neil; Brothers: William McCarthy & Charles McCarthy; Son-In-Law: Russell Oates. The Funeral Mass will take place at St. Patrick’s R.C. Church and Cemetery, Carbonear, on Thursday, April 2, 2009 at 10:30 A.M. The Family will be receiving relatives and friends at Slade’s Funeral Home, Powell Drive, Carbonear between the hours of 10:30 – 12 noon, 2 - 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 9:30 p.m..
