HAZEN - John Douglas
Tuesday March 30, 2010 at the age of 63. Beloved son of Maureen Nash and the late John Hazen. Loving father of 3 sons and one daughter. Dear brother of James King. Will be dearly remembered by many friends and family members.
Friends are invited to the Central Chapel of Hulse Playfair & McGarry, 315 Mcleod Street, Ottawa, Tuesday April 6, from 7 to 9 pm and Wednesday after 9:30 am followed by a Memorial Service in the Chapel at 10:30 am.
