Passed peacefully away at Kingston, Ontario, 11 April, 2009, Peggy Cayer of Trenton, Ontario, formerly of Freshwater, Carbonear and Gander, age 68. Predeceased by parents Charles and Laura (Ollie) Butt; brother Jim Butt and sister Mabel Noel. Left to mourn are husband John; sons: John and Darryl; sisters: Florence Noel, Daphne (Bruce) Abbott, Cecily (Alex) Bishop; brother John (Ruby) Butt; sister-in-law Lillian Butt; brother-in-law Edward Noel and many cousins, nieces and nephews. Cremation has taken place. Inurnment to follow at Freshwater later this year.
