Cecelia Henrietta Robertson, 82, of Thorburn passed away April 27, 2009 in the Aberdeen Hospital, New Glasgow.
Born in Thorburn she was a daughter of the late Stanley and Alice (Keyeux) Bain.
Cecelia had been residing in Thorburn for the past two years. She was a longtime employee of MacLeod’s Drug Store and before that Robertson’s Drug Store. She was a member of First United Baptist Church, New Glasgow.
She is survived by a son Sandy (Carol), Riverview, NB; grandsons, Sandy Jr. (Natalie), Dana (Natasha) and Corey all of Riverview, NB; four great-grandchildren Taylor, Jacob, Logan, Nicholas; sister Elise Campbell, Thorburn; several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband Alex and brother Armand.
Cremation has taken place. There will be no visitation by the request of the deceased. A private family graveside service will be held in Brookside Cemetery, New Glasgow with Rev. Leo Fletcher officiating.
