It is with great sadness that the family of the late Lawrence Bennett announce his passing in Ontario on August 16th, 2008 at the age of 41. He will be sadly missed by his loving mother, Edna; his brother, Nelson Bennett; three sisters: Lisa Bennett and Sharon Bennett, both in Stephenville and Mary (David) Power in Bonavista; and a large circle of relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his father, Harold Bennett. Friends may call at Russell’s Funeral Home, 57 Prince Rupert Drive on Saturday and Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral services will take place from St. Anne’s Roman Catholic Church in Flat Bay on Monday, August 25th, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. with interment in the Roman Catholic Cemetery in Flat Bay.
