Katherine "Kay" Jamer of Perth-Andover passed away unexpectedly at the Hotel Dieu of St. Joseph Hospital on April 16, 2010.
Kay was born in Wicklow, NB, on September 2, 1926, and was the daughter of the late Donald and Mary (Squiers) Wheeler. She leaves behind her husband of 63 years John W. Jamer; her children Johnny, Linda, Mark, Brian, Dan, Sharon, and Laurie; four sisters and one brother; 16 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her parents, five sisters and two great grandchildren.
Resting at Brunswick Funeral Home with visitation on Saturday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. Funeral service will be held on Sunday, April 18, 2010 at 2 pm from the Perth-Andover Baptist Church. Rev. Harold Sparkes officiating. Interment will be in the adjoining cemetery. For those who wish, donations to Gideon Bibles or to a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
