It is with great sadness that the family of the late Thomas Henry Reid announce his passing at the Bay St. George's Senior Home in Stephenville Crossing , on Tuesday March 10th 2009 in his 86th year, leaving to mourn; his wife Thelma, his children; William (Hazel), Ivy (Russ) Crocker, Joyce Reid, Terry (Judy), Gloria (Wayne) Ricketts, Christine Atwell, Grace (Carl) Glover, Bonnie Alexander, Glenda (Junior) Doucette, Christopher, Phoebe Reid, Fulton, Roxann (Doug) Reid, Corey (Shanda), & Nancy (Philip) Duffenais, his 26 grandchildren & 20 great grandchildren, also leaving to mourn a large number of nieces, nephews, other relatives, friends, & his extended families. The family will be receiving family and friends from Russell Funeral Home & Crematorium 39 Queen Street, Stephenville, today Friday March 13th 2009 from the hours of 2 - 4 & 7 - 9 pm. The funeral will take place from their Chapel on Saturday March 14th 2009 at 2 pm with the Rev. Dawn Barrett officiating with Cremation to follow. The burial service will take place in the spring at the Anglican church cemetery at Farm Road Deer Lake. The funeral arrangements are under the direction of Parsons Funeral Home & Chapel, Deer Lake.
