Blanche A. Rideout, 94, of Hartland passed away on Wednesday, April 21, 2010 at the Central Carleton Nursing Home in Hartland. She was predeceased by her parents, Seymor and Alice (Duddridge) Sharpe, husbands, Lorne Robinson, Kenneth Rideout, daughter, Beverley Nutter and step son-in-law, Carl Peterson. Blanche is survived by her son-in-law, John (Brenda Sullivan) Nutter, Welsford; grandchildren, Kerry Nutter, Welsford, Stephen (Carol-ann) Nutter, Fairfield, Christopher (Tara) Nutter, Lincoln; great grandchildren, Matthew Nutter, Ashley Nutter, Alexandria Nutter, Samantha Nutter, Benjamin Nutter; step daughters, Donna Peterson, Simonds, Gwen (David) McBride, Chilliwack, BC; step grandchildren, Kevin (Stephanie) Peterson, Ottawa, Shelley (Murray) Havens, Vancouver Island, BC, Wanda (Andy) Dœleman, Dawson Creek, BC; step great grandchildren, Alicia (Connor) Barry, Jenna Dœleman, Tyler Dœleman; step great great grandson, Jack Barry, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held at the Britton Funeral Home, 2 High Street, Hartland with visiting hours on Friday, April 23rd, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. The funeral service will be on Saturday, April 24th at 11:00 a.m. at the Upper Brighton Free Will Baptist Church.
