At the Charlotte County Hospital on Monday, April 26th, 2010; Douglas Franklin Wiley of Oak Bay, NB, husband of the late Joyce Lillian Hartt Chase. A veteran of World War 2 Doug served with Royal Canadian Navy. He was a proud veteran and member of the Royal Canadian Legion St. Croix Branch # 9 St. Stephen, NB and the Sackville RCL in which he served several years as their Treasurer. Doug is survived by his son Gary, Oak Bay, NB, daughters, Janet Little, Halifax, NS Beth Coleman, Ontario, six grandchildren, five great grandchildren, several cousins, nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by grandson Jason, three brothers Marvin, Sheldon and Lowell.
By Doug's request there will be no visitation or service. In lieu of flowers donations to any branch of the Royal Canadian Legion or charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated.
