Patriquin, Ralph Elroy - 92, Londonderry/Oshawa, passed away April 27, 2010 in Bowmanville Hospital, Ontario. Born in Folly Mountain, he was a son of the late William and Elizabeth (Rogers) Patriquin. Ralph was a veteran of the Second World War and retired from General Motors in Oshawa, Ontario. After retiring from the Motors, Ralph moved back to Nova Scotia where he bought a property and lived happily for many years. Surviving are son, Ron (Leslie), Oshawa, Ont.; daughter, Dawn (Frank) Gulenchyn, Oshawa, Ont.; grandsons, Johnathan and Ryan, Mathew; sister, Helen Slack, Truro; sister in-law, Helen Patriquin, Folly Mountain; many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by wife, Wilda; brother, Raymond; sisters, Gladys and Mildred. No visitation by request. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 4 at 2 p.m., in Colchester Community Funeral Home, 512 Willow Street, Truro with Rev. Dan Gunn officiating. Reception to follow the service.
