It is with great sadness that the family of the late Charlotte McLean announce her passing on Friday, April 30, 2010 at Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital, Stephenville, at the age of 88 years. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories, her children: Ruby Hopkins (Joseph), Violet Forsey (John), Viven White (Frank); 10 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; brother, Charles Rumbolt; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband, Daniel; parents, Arch and Elizabeth Rumbolt; son, Lawson; four sisters and four brothers. Friends may visit Fillatre's Funeral Home, Stephenville Crossing, on Tuesday and Wednesday from the hours of 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 6, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. from All Saints Anglican Church, Stephenville Crossing, with Rev. Gwen Butler officiating. Interment will follow in the Anglican Cemetery, Stephenville Crossing. As expressions of sympathy, flowers are graciously accepted or donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Fillatre's Funeral Home, Stephenville Crossing.
