Sept. 04, 1923 - May 04, 2010. Passed peacefully in the presence of his loving family on May 04, 2010, at the Lions Manor Health Centre, Placentia, Robert Smith, age 86 years of Chapel Arm. Predeceased by parents, Walter and Frances, sisters: Clotilda, Sara, Mary, brothers: Jacob, Arthur, Patrick, James. Survived by brother, Andrew ( Marion ), special nieces, Hannah, Rita and Bernadette, special nephew, Bernard, also a large circle of nieces, nephews and other family and friends. Resting at St. Jerome's Roman Catholic Church, Chapel Arm. Visitation Wed., May 5, 11:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. Thurs., May 6, 10:00 a.m. until time of funeral. Funeral Mass will take place on Thursday, May 6 at 2:00 p.m. Interment at the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Long Harbour Road.
