Hawboldt, John (Jack) Edward (1930-2010) - Passed away May 1st, 2010 in Burlington, Ont. Born in Windsor, N.S., he was the son of the late Norris and Annie (Sweet) Hawboldt. He is survived by his wife Edith (Southworth); son Stephen (Maureen), children Julianna and Sean; daughter Karen (Daniel) Lyons, children Katelyn and Christopher; sisters Claire (Harry) Coggar, Windsor, Shirley Borden, Canard, Faye (Jack) Calder, Kentville, Kaye Hawboldt-Allen, Halifax, Patricia (Bryan) Morrison, Centreville; brothers Laurie (Dorothy), Lower Sackville, Ernest (Evelyn) Port Williams, Garnet, Dartmouth, Andrew (Genevieve) Leduc, Alberta and Stephen (Sharon) Granville Ferry. Besides his parents he was predeceased by two sisters at birth and brother Charlie in 1995. A celebration of Jack's life was held in Burlington May 5th. Cremation has taken place. If desired, donations may be made to Heart and Stoke or Canadian Cancer Society.
