James L. Liston of Woodstock and formerly of Barony, NB passed away May 24, 2010 at his home. Born in 1961 at Fredericton, he was a son of the late Clifford and Blanche (Hagerman) Liston. Jimmy is survived by one sister, Diane Upshall (John), Davidson Lake; five brothers, Edward Liston, Barony, David Liston (Shirley), Rossville, Lorne Liston (Debbie), Perth Andover, Gary Liston (Gail), Springfield and Brian Liston (Beverly), Barony; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his partner, Nola Hillman; a sister, Julia Johnston; a brother, Darrell Liston and two nephews, Larry Johnston and Stacy Liston.
Visiting hours will be held at Flewelling Funeral Home, 585 Otis Drive, Nackawic on Thursday evening from 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Friday, May 28, 2010 at 11 a.m. from the funeral home chapel with Father Bill Brennan officiating.
