After a brief battle with cancer the death of Alberto A. Gatto, beloved husband of Mary-Ellen, occurred at St. Peter's Hospital, Hamilton, Ontario, on May 25, 2010 at the age of 59. Lovingly remembered and will be missed dearly by three sons; Anthony (Hamilton, Ont), Dino (Saint John, NB), Mario (Calgary, AB), grandsons, Andrew and Logan. Many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends in Canada, Italy, France and Belgium. Predeceased by parents Francesco and Guiseppina Gatto and his only brother Mario.
Funeral service was held at Friscolanti Funeral Home Chapel in Hamilton, Ont, on Saturday, May 29, 2010, followed by cremation. Alberto will be lovingly remembered as a talented musician, his love for music, his family and friends.
