1946-2010 - Miramichi - Sheila Anne Flieger, wife of Ronald Flieger, of South Napan Road, Napan, passed away at the Saint John Regional Hospital, on Thursday morning, June 10, 2010, at the age of 64. Born in Chatham, on May 25, 1946, she was the daughter of the late Harold A. and Bertha M. (Fowlie) MacDonald. She was a homemaker and a member of St. Stephen's United Church, Black River Bridge. She is survived by her husband, Ronald; one sister, Nancy Adams (Blain), of Quispamsis; two brothers, Bliss MacDonald (Diane), of Black River Bridge and Darrell MacDonald (Doreen), of Moncton; five aunts Marjorie Lamkey, Mary MacDonald, Margie MacDonald, Debbie Flieger, Sandra Schofield; one uncle, Reg MacDonald; several nieces and nephews as well as several great nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents, Harold and Bertha MacDonald.
Visiting will be at Adams Funeral Home Ltd., 140 King St., on Saturday evening, from 7 to 9 pm and Sunday, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. The funeral service will be held from St. Stephen's United Church, on Monday, June 14th, at 2 pm, conducted by Dean Lawrence. Interment will be in the Black River Community Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation, the Cdn. Diabetic Assoc., or any charity of the donors' choice, would be appreciated by the family.
