NEW GLASGOW – Kelli Leigh MacLean, 30, of New Glasgow, passed away suddenly on the night of May 11th, 2009 at home.
She was the daughter of Delbert and Linda (Snell) MacLean.
Kelli is survived by her loving parents; sister, Tracy; brother, Darren; boyfriend, Donald; as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Born and raised in New Glasgow, Kelli attended the New Glasgow High School from which she graduated in 1996, and was a proud employee of the Atlantic Superstore on the Westville Road. Often described as happy-go-lucky and full of life, Kelli was never without a smile on her face. She loved and was well loved by her family and friends, and could always be counted on for a good chat. Kelli could always be counted on when you needed a shoulder to cry on, an ear to talk to, or a hand to hold. She will be sorely missed not only by family and friends, but by all who knew her.
The funeral service will be held at H.W. Angus Funeral Home, New Glasgow on Saturday, May 16th, 2009 at 11 a.m. There will be visitation at the funeral home on Friday, May 15th, 2009 between 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Flowers can be delivered to the Funeral Home Friday morning, and donations in memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the SPCA.
