August Louis Sagal, aged 92 years of Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, passed away on Saturday, June 12th, 2010 at his home, surrounded by his loving family. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, June 16th, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. in St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church, 1064 - 3rd Ave. N.W., Moose Jaw, SK. Fr. Neil Osiowy will be presiding celebrant, and interment will take place at Rosedale Cemetery. A celebration of Gus' 92 remarkable years will be held following the interment, at 12 noon at the Moose Jaw Wildlife Centre, 1396 3rd Avenue N.E. in Moose Jaw. Gus was predeceased by his parents Steve and Lena; sons Christopher and Terry; brothers Walter, Amil and Bill, and sister Stephanie. Gus will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his wife Rose; four daughters, Teresa Williams (Bob), Anita Langford (Graham), Loretta Smith (Darrel) and Jackie Lowe (Steve); three sons, Frank (Brenda), Michael (Kristin) and Ron (Bev); 16 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Gus' name to The Moose Jaw Food Bank, 305 Fairford St. W., Moose Jaw, SK., S6H 1V8.
