March 16, 1946 - May 13, 2009. Passed peacefully away at the Harbour Lodge Nursing Home in Carbonear on Wednesday, May 13th, 2009, Bernard Brace of Chance Cove, aged 63 years. Predeceased by his parents; Gordon and Elizabeth Brace and his brother, Clayton. He leaves to mourn three sisters and four brothers: Dulcie (Jerry) Ivany, Maxwell Brace, Garland (Elizabeth) Brace, Major Lulu Brace, Albert (Wavey) Brace, Betty Smith, Angus (Ina) Brace, as well as a number of nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends. Resting at the Salvation Army Citadel in Chance Cove from Thursday, May 14th at 8pm until time of funeral. The funeral service will be held from the Salvation Army Citadel, Chance Cove, on Saturday, May 16, at 2 p.m. Interment to follow at the Salvation Army Cemetery.
