The family of the late Jamie Potter wishes to send our heartfelt thanks for the condolences we received during Jamie's illness and passing. We sincerely appreciated the visits, calls, emails, cards, food, gifts, babysitting, flowers, and memorial donations. A special thank you to Father Zachary Romanowsky and Marg Ashford for the wonderful tribute to Jamie, it was a perfect memorial that Jamie would have been proud of. Thanks to Father Jack Hayes for his many visits in the home and hospital. Our hearts go out to the doctors, nurses, and staff of the VG Palliative Care unit who made the journey as comforting as possible. Jamie will be in our hearts forever. Thank you for being a part of his life.
