It is with great sadness that the family of the late Vera Taylor announce her passing at Chancellor Park in St. John's on June 22, 2010 at the age of 86. Vera was a member of The United Church Women, Trefoil Guide (Girl Guides ) and volunteered in numerous activities in the community including visiting at the Carmelite House and the Hospital Ladies Auxiliary. Vera was predeceased by her husband, Eric Taylor in 2002. Left with fond and loving memories are her son Bruce (Paulette) of Tecumseh, ON., daughter Barbara (Marc de Bellefeuille) of Hudson, QC. Also left to mourn grandchildren: Jeff Taylor, David and Suzanne de Bellefeuille; great-grandchildren: Lane and Jaylee Taylor; along with a large circle of relatives and friends. Rev. Roydon Reynolds will conduct the funeral service at the Memorial United Church in Grand Falls-Windsor on June 26, 2010. Interment will be at the United Church Cemetery in Grand Falls-Windsor. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Michael Goodyear of Central Funeral Homes. Donations in Vera's memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Canadian Alzheimer's Society.
