Robert Richard "Bob"Patterson, age 69. It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved husband, father, grandfather and brother, in the Victoria General Hospital on Sunday, May 17th.
Born in Durham, Pictou County, Dec. 16th, 1939, Bob was the son of the late Elmer Patterson and Helena Patterson Trefry.
Surviving are his loving wife, Barbara (Shepard); daughters, Sherry (Larry) and Alana (Tracey); grandchildren, Jamie, Logan, Dylan, Larissa, Cody and step- granddaughter, Emma. Also surviving Bob are brothers, Gerald (Lola), New Glasgow and David (Maria), Westville; sisters, Doris (Wayne), Burlington, Ont. and Lee (Leonard), Bancroft, Ont. and many nieces and nephews.
Cremation has taken place and a funeral service, followed by a recption, was held at Emmanuel Anglican Church, Spryfield, N.S.on May 20th at 2 p.m.
Donations may be made in his memory to the Canadian Cancer Society or Emmanuel Anglican Church, Spryfield.
