At Tobique Valley Manor, Plaster Rock, July 9, 2010, Mr. Byron Paris of Currie Road passed away at the age of 93 years. He was the husband of the late Alma (Albert) Paris. Born at Tilley in 1917, he was a son of the late Frank and Ellen "Biddy" (Lafrance) Paris. He is survived by four children, Nancy St. Peter of New Denmark, Gary (Eva) of British Columbia, Kevin (Cheryl) of Whitecourt, Alberta and Wanda (Shannon) O'Neil of Currie Road; daughters-in-law, Leitha Paris (late Robert) of Fort Fairfield, Maine and Viola Paris (late Morris) of Moncton; one brother, Murray (Minnie) Paris of Tilley, 22 grandchildren, several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by three children, Ellen Ouellette, Morris and Robert, brother and sisters, Nelson, Cassie and Eugene.
Resting at St. Theresa's Roman Catholic Church, Anderson Road with visiting hours Sunday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Monday from 2 to 3 p.m. His funeral service will be held Monday, July 12th at 3 p.m. from St. Theresa's Roman Catholic Church, Anderson Road with Father Curtis Sappier officiating. Interment will follow in the Assumption cemetery, Blue Bell. For those who wish, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
