Greta Mae Barton (Kilfillen) passed away on Wednesday, July 14, 2010 at the age of 89. Born in Midlands, she was the daughter of the late Fred and Bessie (Smith) Kilfillen.
Greta was a member of the United Baptist Church of Minto and was a choir member for many years. She was a former employee of NB Community College, retiring in 1984. She is survived by one son Winston Sypher (Margie); one daughter, Janice Tissington (Ron); a son in law, Gary DeLorey; Six Grandchildren, Vann (Chantel), Darren and Jason DeLorey, Tami Burlock, Lori Wilcox, Dawn Sypher; seven great grandchildren, Hailey Burlock, Alex, Danielle and Joseph and Liam DeLorey, Taylor and Hunter Tissington; one brother Reggie Kilfillen (Maudie) of Chipman, NB.
She was predeceased by her parents, her husband Leslie Barton; one daughter, Donna DeLorey; two sisters, Minnie Thompson and Evaline Kilfillen; six brothers, George, Walter, Percy, John, Smitty and Murray.
Resting at the United Baptist Church of Minto with visiting on Friday from 5 to 7PM and where Funeral Service will take place 2:00PM Saturday, July 17th, 2010.
