It is with great sadness we announce the passing Aug. 9, 2010, of James Adrian Swan of Sydney Mines, as a result of a motor vehicle accident.
Jim will be sadly missed by his mother, Marie Dandy and stepfather, Clarence Dandy; daughter, Melissa; granddaughter, Lily; son, Jacob; brothers, Thomas, Theodore (Janice), Percy (Lisa); sisters, Rose, Lena (Michael) and Joanne.
Jim had a great love of sports, particularly hockey. He faced all challenges with determination and never backed down from life's difficulties.
There will be a private family service.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Children's Wish Foundation.
