Lois Estabrooks, age 84, of Sackville, widow of Sherman Estabrooks, passed away unexpectedly at her home on Tuesday, Aug. 3, 2010.
Born in Sackville, she was a daughter of the late James and Helen (Palmer) Robson.
Lois worked at Atlantic Wholesalers for 40 years in the accounting department. She was an adherent to the Dorchester United Church.
She is survived by nieces and a cousin. Predeceased by her husband Sherman Estabrooks in 2009 and by a brother, Frank Robson.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Jones Funeral Home, 70 Bridge St., Sackville (506-364-1300). Keeping with Lois's wishes, a Graveside Service was held on Saturday, Aug. 7, 2010, at 10 a.m. with burial beside her husband Sherman in the Sackville Cemetery.
