After a prolonged bout with cancer, it is with great sadness we announce the passing of Delores Marie (Byrne) Cooke at her residence in London, on Saturday, Aug. 21, 2010, in her 60th year.
Beloved daughter of Jack and Teresa Byrne of Grand Bend.
Besides her parents, she is survived by her brothers, Keith (Lulu), Brantford, Kevin (Ivy), Halifax, and John (Julie), Tillsonburg; sisters, Deborah (Paul) and Diane (Kevin), London, and Denise (Joe), Bayfield; and her son, Dale and daughter, Patricia and their families of Halifax. Sadly missed by her many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Cremation. The funeral mass will be celebrated Wednesday, Aug. 25, 2010, at 11 a.m. in St. Boniface Roman Catholic Church, Zurich. Visitation one hour prior to service time at the church. Fr. Graham Keep celebrant. Interment St. Boniface Cemetery.
The family would like to thank the Southwest CCAC and VON Middlesex for their care of Delores over the past few years. A special thank you to her friends, Cindy, Linda and special friend, Dave.
