Born in Sydney Mines to Kenneth and Hannah Meade Ash on June 20 1929 passed away May 29 2009 at the Port Colborne Hospital.
In 1950 she moved to Welland, Ont., where she married her hometown sweetheart the late Jim Dyet. They settled in Port Colborne where they raised three sons, Jimmie, David and Kenny (deceased).
Survived by sons, Jimmie and David; sister, Anne Bachelet; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Predeceased by sister, Queenie King; brothers, Cecil, Alex, Enos and Russell Ash.
