Passed peacefully away at the Dr. Leonard A. Miller Centre Palliative Care Unit in St. John's on Sunday, September 12, 2010, Stanley Reginald Neil, age 83 years, formerly of Corner Brook. Predeceased by his loving wife Rita of 58 years; parents Bert and Jessie May, brothers Warren and Horace. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories four loving children: Paul and wife Carolyn; daughters Laura (James Masters) and Lesley; Lois and husband Ray Woodrow and daughter Lisa; Keith and wife Denise; children Kaitlyn and Devin; Craig and wife Dianne; children Joshua and Christopher. Also leaving to mourn sister; Beulah Dawe and sister-in-law Pearl Neil. Reg will be missed by many friends in Corner Brook and the parish of All Saints Anglican Church. Resting at Young's Funeral Home in Spaniard's Bay with visitation Tuesday 2-4 pm and 6:30 -9 pm and Wednesday 10 am - 12 noon. Funeral will be held on Wednesday, September 15, 2010 at 2 pm from Holy Redeemer Church in Spaniard's Bay. Interment to follow in the Anglican Cemetery (Green Head), Spaniard's Bay. Donations may be made in his memory to a charity of one's choice.
