It is with great sadness that the family of the late Annie Viola Masters of Burin announces her passing at St. Clare's Mercy Hospital in St. John's on Saturday, September 11, 2010, at the age of 81. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories son David (Susie) Masters of Burin; daughters: Ruby (Bill) Tucker of St. John's, Norma (Reg) Evans of Burin, and Pauline (Morley) Pike of Burin; eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; plus a large circle of family and friends. Pre-deceased by husband Norman. Resting and Visitation to take place from Wiseman's Funeral Homes in Salt Pond Burin on Monday, September 13th and Tuesday, September 14th from 10am - 12 p.m., 2 p.m. - 5 p.m., and 7 p.m. - 9 p.m. Funeral Service to take place at Holy Trinity Anglican Church in Ship Cove, Burin on Wednesday, September 15, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. Interment to follow at the Anglican Cemetery at Hodder's Point in Burin. In Annie's memory, donations may be made to Holy Trinity Anglican Church, Burin. No flowers by request of the family. Funeral arrangements entrusted to the care of Wiseman's Funeral Homes.
