Age 87, died on Saturday, May 16, 2009, in Raritan Township, New Jersey. Born and raised in Peakes, P.E.I., to the late John A. and Annie Mooney, she was predeceased by brothers, James, Kenny and Wilfrid Mooney and sisters, Kathleen (Reid) and Marie. She worked as a nurse for 40 years. During the Second World War she cared for wounded veterans. She will be fondly remembered as a wonderful and caring aunt. Her funeral took place in Caldwell, New Jersey. A memorial mass will be celebrated at a later date in Saint Cuthbert\'s Church.
