Passed peacefully away, after a brief illness, at the Health Sciences Centre, on Thursday, June 11, 2009, John J. (Jack) White, long-time employee of CBC, in his 80th year. Predeceased by his parents: John and Mary White; and brothers: William, Richard, Thomas and Joseph. Leaving to mourn his brother, Gerald (Shirley); sisters: Ann Jussola, Moose Lake, Minnesota; special sisters-in-law: Floss and Joan White; as well as a large circle of many dear nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Resting at Caul’s Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road. Visitation Friday, June 12, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Mass on Saturday, June 13, at 9:30 a.m. from the Basilica of St. John the Baptist. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to Emmaus House.
