It is with great sadness that the family of the late Edward Francis Gaudet announce his passing on Tuesday, October 26, 2010 at his family residence in Summerside, at the age of 68 years. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories: his wife of 46 years, Patricia (nee Byrne); three sons: Stephen (Laura), Ontario, Edward (Amanda), Corner Brook and Garett (Colleen), Irishtown; six grandchildren: Brandon, Jenelle, Nicholas, Chelsea, Raya and Tara; two sisters: Lorna and Doris; brother, David; special aunt, Florence Collier; special friends: Stan and Rose Layden; brothers-in-law: Gerry, Richard, Frank, Kevin and Jimmy; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his son, Keith; parents, Edward and Eva; brother, Finton and sister, Margaret. At Edward's request, cremation has taken place and there will be no formal visitation or funeral service. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Fillatre's Funeral Home, 4 St. Mark's Avenue, Corner Brook.
