February 8, 1956 - October 28, 2010

Lori Louise Sopher, (née Olson) of Fort Macleod, AB, passed away peacefully after her courageous battle with cancer.

Lori is survived by her loving husband Murray of 27 years, her sons Damon (Bianca), Tyler (Jennifer), Travis and beloved grandsons Delaney and Sumner. Also left to mourn her passing are her three sisters, five brothers, "the in-laws", numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, nephews and extended family.

Lori was pre-deceased by her parents Gerry and Harold Olson in 2003.

Lori lived much of her life in Calgary, AB, Lynn Lake, MB, and Kamloops, B.C. Most recently Lori returned to Fort Macleod, AB to re-establish her roots. Wherever Lori lived she was always generous with her time and talents, active with charities such as the Kinettes and Lions clubs.
Lori's family would like to thank the Doctors and Nurses at the Tom Baker Cancer Centre, Dr. Beekman and Nurses of the Palliative care unit in Fort Macleod for their care.
